迷你芝士蛋糕 Mini Cheese Cake

这是culinary club的老师提供的一个极其极其简单的小菜谱
在原食谱的基础上根据网络上不同的版本做了些修改
拿出来和大家分享
也是给自己一个存档吧
虽然还没有正是实践过
但是据我目前所知 成功率百分之百哦

用料  

迷你芝士蛋糕 Mini Cheese Cake的做法  

1. Preheat the oven to 325F
   
   烤箱预热325华氏度 （163摄氏度）

2. Mix ingredients until smooth
   
   将 奶油奶酪、鸡蛋、糖、香草提取液 混合搅拌至均匀

3. Line a muffin tin with paper holders and place a vanilla wafer in the bottom. Make sure you place the wafer face-up inside each one.
   
   找出muffin或者cupcake的烤盘，放上paper holder，再在底部放一块香草威化饼干。确保饼干正面朝上，因为饼干最后会成为芝士蛋糕的底

4. Pour the mixture on top of the cookie until almost full
   
   将混合液倒到饼干上至3/4满

5. Bake at 325F for about 20 minutes
   
   放入烤箱烘烤20分钟左右，直到表面微微泛棕色

6. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling, or chocolate shavings
   
   放入冰箱20-30分钟
   在顶部加入几颗樱桃或者蓝莓或者巧克力刨片后最后等待几分钟

7. Then ENJOY!
   
   然后...尽情享用吧!

小贴士

not use the reduced fat kind of vanilla wafer, buy the regular or your wafers will float up to the top! 不要用减脂版的香草威化饼干，否则饼干会膨胀
2. 我看到有别的食谱中还会加入almond extract (杏仁提取液) 或者柠檬汁， 根据自己的喜好添加吧
