用料  

cream cheese 125g
butter 30g
milk 50g
sugar 3 tbsp
egg 3
cake flour 30g
corn starch 10g
raisin 2 tbsp

Japanese cheese cake的做法  

  1. place cream cheese, milk, butter, 1 tbsp sugar in
    a bowl, stirrrrrrrrrrrrrring over simmering water, until smoothly

  2. add 3 egg yolk, sift flour, starch, mix them well~

  3. Beat egg whites, add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 at a time, beaten to soft peak foamy

  4. Folding cheese mixture into egg white foam~ until well mixed

  5. Preheat oven 180 degrees, use a larger baking plate and fill with water~ 2-3cm depth~ Pour raisins and the cake mixture into a cake pan, place pan into the plate, 140 degrees, bath baking 90 mins
