小扁豆素菜汤的做法步骤图,怎么做好吃

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 medium onion chopped

2 carrots chopped

4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

2 ts ground cumin

1 ts curry powder

½ ts dried thyme

1  ts red pepper

6  medium tomatoes, diced

1 c lentils

6 c vegetable broth/chicken broth

1 c cabbage sliced
6 white mushroom sliced

1 teaspoon salt, more to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice (½ to 1 medium lemon), to taste

用料  

小扁豆 1杯
洋葱 1个
圆白菜 切丝
圆蘑菇 6个切片
胡萝卜 2根
中等番茄 6个 切小块
橄榄油 1/4杯
咖喱粉 1小勺
孜然粉 2小勺
百里香 半小勺
辣椒粉 1小勺
大蒜 4瓣捣碎
1小勺
黑胡椒粉
蔬菜汤/高汤/水 6杯
柠檬

小扁豆素菜汤的做法  

  1. 烧热炖锅,倒橄榄油,放入洋葱炒软,倒入除盐和黑胡椒粉外的所有干香料炒香,加入胡萝卜番茄和扁豆,以及汤汁,撒盐。
    Warm the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
    add the chopped onion and carrot, until the onion has softened and is turning translucent.
    Add the garlic, cumin, curry powder ,thyme and pepper flake, pour in tomato, carrots. lentil and broth. with salt and lot black pepper.

  2. 小火炖20分钟,放入白菜和圆蘑菇,再炖10分钟,或是小扁豆过芯,但不软烂,倒入柠檬汁。
    cover the pot and simmer  for 20 minutes, add cabbage and mushrooms, cook until the lentils are tender but still hold their in lemon juice.
