Meatball Tomato Sauce Pasta
I decided to cook tonight one of my favorite dishes, meatball spaghetti.
1. To start with, we make the meatball:
- pork and beef mince mix: 400g
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper liberally
- Bread crumbs 100g
- One egg
- mix well and create balls
2. Fry the meatballs gently in a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Once golden, add in one tbsp of Worcester Sauce.
3. Add plum tomatoes can and add 3 tbsps of Ketchup in the Pan with the meatballs. Cover the pan and leave for 15min under medium-hot and stir a bit to avoid burning the base.
