橙子柠檬果酱/Orange Lemon Jam的做法图解 做法步骤

用料  

橙子/Orange 一颗
柠檬/Lemon 1/6颗
白砂糖/White sugar 17g

  1. First of all, we peel off the orange. Here we should pay attention to only the orange part. It is enough to cut only half, otherwise it will be very bitter.
    首先我们把橙子的皮削下来,这里要注意只削橙色的部分。只用削一半就够了,不然会很苦。

  2. We put the peeled skin aside. Next, cut off the orange's head, and then cut along the gap between the white skin and the flesh. Try to ensure that the flesh is fully exposed.
    我们把削好的皮放在一旁备用。接下来,将橙子的头切掉,然后顺着白色的皮与果肉的缝隙切下去,要尽量保证果肉全部暴露在外。

    把所有准备好的原料放进锅里。加入材料两倍的水并搅拌均匀。

    开大火将水烧开。水烧开之后转小火,并再搅拌一下。

    时刻注意搅拌,防止粘锅。当果酱像这样变成金色粘稠状就可以出锅装罐了。

小贴士

1. Please take out the seeds when separating the flesh, otherwise the bite of the seeds in the jam will be very bad.
分离果肉时要注意把籽取出来,不然果酱里咬到籽口感很不好的

2. Raw materials can be doubled in proportion, I only made a little bit.
原料可以按比例加倍,我只做了一点点。

3. Be sure to keep stirring when the water is boiling fast. Turn off the heat as soon as the jam changes color.
水快烧干时一定要一直搅拌,果酱一变色就关火。

4. Jam can be smeared on toast, add some honey to make tea and drink is also very delicious.
果酱可以涂抹在吐司上,加点蜂蜜泡茶喝也很好喝哦。
