用料  

鸡腿肉 chicken leg 2千克
盐 salt 30克
糖 sugar 30克
黑胡椒 black paper 适量
面包糠 bread bran 适量
食用油 oil 3升
面粉 flour 250克
嫩肉粉 tenderizer 250克
生菜 romaine lettuce 10片
橙子 orange 5个
小番茄 cherry Tomatoes 10个
鸡蛋 egg 1个

Happy Chicken的做法  

  1. 1.食材准备:鸡腿肉清洗干净并切成相同大小的小块。
    Ingredients preparation: wash and cut chicken leg into small pieces of the same size.

  2. 2.腌制鸡肉:准备适量橄榄油,盐,黑胡椒,糖腌制鸡肉。
    Pickled chicken:prepare the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper and sugar.

  3. 3.制作面糊:将面和嫩肉粉粉等比例混合,加入鸡蛋,逐步加入水搅拌,搅拌至糊状即可。
    Making batter:mix the flour and tenderizer in the same proportion, add the eggs, gradually add water and stir until the paste is smooth.

  4. 4.裹制鸡肉:准备好面糊和面包糠,将鸡肉先蘸面糊,再裹上面包糠备用。

  5. 5.炸制鸡肉:在4档火温下将鸡肉炸至金黄,捞出黄,再进行复炸,即可完成。

  6. 6.装盘修饰:炸鸡装盘,用橙子、小番茄、生菜

注意:
1.本菜谱为40人份用量,具体制作可适当调整食材用量。
2.炸鸡我们采用的是去骨鸡腿肉,肉质紧实,制作者可凭个人喜好更换。
