Roasted cauliflower and sesame spread的做法
Cauliflower cut into slices. Add olive oil, salt/pepper, coriander, very finely chopped fresh ginger. Bake 200degree for 10-15 min.
Add 3 tbs of tahini, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, each. Add some sesame seeds. Mix. Add a bit olive oil. Mix and serve.
