用料  

Focaccia bread 佛卡夏面包:
High gluten flour 高筋面粉 675ml
Low gluten flour低筋面粉 675ml
Sugar砂糖 37.5ml
olive oil橄榄油 37.5ml
Coarse salt粗盐 25ml
Active dry yeast活性干酵母 37.5ml
Rosemary迷迭香 T.T适量
Warm water温水 875ml
Onions洋葱 3
馅料:
Black pepper黑胡椒 T.T适量
tomatoes供港西红柿 2
lettuce供港生菜 1
flank牛腩 1
cheese slices芝士片 T.T适量
onion洋葱切碎 T.T适量
Garlic蒜片 T.T适量
The green sauce 青酱:
Caramelized honey seeds焦糖蜂蜜瓜子 15g
fresh basil leaves 新鲜罗勒叶 75ml
Cream奶油 T.T适量
Olive oil橄榄油 T.T适量
The white sauce白酱:
radish萝卜 3
onion洋葱切碎 1
butter黄油 50g
cream奶油 T.T适量

  1. Mix the high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, salt, sugar, and olive oil in a container. Chop the onion, part of the melon seeds and rosemary. Set aside.
    将高筋面粉,低筋面粉,盐,糖,橄榄油在容器里混合。洋葱,部分瓜子和迷迭香切碎备用。

  2. Melt the active dry yeast with a little warm water. Add yeast water to the container, then add the remaining warm water and the first step chopped seasoning into the blender and beat until smooth.
    少量温水融化活性干酵母,将酵母水加入容器中,再加入剩余的温水和第一步切碎的佐料放入搅拌机搅拌至糊状。

  3. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil until dough is ready to rise (about twice as large as before). Spread on the baking sheet, sprinkle with rosemary and bake at 200℃ for 50 minutes or until golden brown. (Fermentation is the key to bread fluffiness, so be careful if you like fluffy bread.)

  4. Preparation of filling: Slice tomato, lettuce and cheese. Set aside. Saute the Onions in butter until fragrant. Remove briskets into strips and marinate in a container with kosher salt, black pepper and olive oil for about 15 minutes. Add butter and garlic slices to a hot wok. Add the briskets and saute until slightly charred. Set aside.

  6. To make white sauce: Chop up the Onions and carrots and put butter and cream in a hot pan. Stir-fry until fragrant. Put the paste in a blender and break it up.
