Fusilli with Shrimp & Maize的做法步骤图

Fusilii是意面的一种,煮时9min-11min可根据个人对口感的要求而定。此次尝试炒制。

用料  

Fusilii
虾仁
玉米粒
Kitta
生抽

Fusilli with Shrimp & Maize的做法  

  1. (出于煮时较长)先入Fusilii于开水煮制9min;

  2. 虾仁洗净,温水浸泡;速冻玉米粒(Tesco有售)取适量,热水浸泡;

  3. 蒜切末;Kitta 3茶勺;

  4. 取炒锅入橄榄油,爆香葱末,倒入虾仁翻炒,遇香后入玉米转小火继续;

  5. 捞出Fusilii控水(可依个人喜好过凉开水);

  6. 添Fusilii到炒锅,加入Kitta转大火翻炒至着色均匀;

  7. 加盐和生抽快速翻炒出锅。
