Dry chilli | up to you |
Sichuan pepper | up to you |
Sugar | 1g |
Slat | 2g |
Soy sauce | 8g |

Fried Long Beans with Chill的做法
Prepare the Ingredients.
Wash the beans and break them into 5cm length, then leave at room temperature until they are dried( also could use kitchen paper🧻 ).
Cut the garlic and dry chilli into small pieces, cut the scallion to strips.
Fried the beans in the pot, once the beans turn to the status like in the picture, then they are ready. It doesn’t need too much oil if you are not in a hurry😁
Pick up the ready ones until all finished, and leave some oil in the pot/pan.Put the chilli, pepper and half of garlic into the pot, until you get the BIG smell, put the fried beans into pot, then add the sugar, soy sauce and salt, the another half garlic and scallion strips.
Mix everything well and cook for like 2-3 minutes, then place them into a beautiful plate.
