Fresh yeast | 50 克 |
Water | 4 DL |
Salt | 4 ml |
Sugar | 4 ml |
Oil | 50 ml |
Flour | 7-8 dl |
Nuts or seedz | 1 dl |
Bread的做法
Heat water to about hand temperature.
Dissolve the yeast
Add sugar and saltAdd about half of the dry mix, stir with spatula
Stir in oil
Add the rest of the flour and knead for about 5 minRest for 30 min
Bake at 225 degree for about 30 min
