HUGO'S MEATBALL | 雨果牛肉丸
Beef meatball, crisp and tender inside,full of chewiness and moderate saltiness. The flavour of beef and thyme and other seasonings complement each other.

原料。Cut the beef into pieces and pour all the
seasoning and beef into the
blender.
将牛肉切块,把所有调料与牛肉倒入搅拌机中。Stir.
搅拌。Add an egg and flour,
stir clockwise, and hand strain.
加入一个鸡蛋与生粉,顺时针搅拌,并进行手工上劲。Spread a layer of oil on the baking pan and
put egg liquid, flour
and bread bran in three containers respectively.
在烤盘上涂一层油,并在三个容器中分别放鸡蛋液、面粉、面包糠。Pinch out the beef balls by hand, mix the flour, egg liquid and bread

Control the amount of seasoning, otherwise the flavor of seasoning will be greater than that of beef balls.
控制好调味料的量,否则调味料的味道会大于牛肉丸的味道
