用料  

fresh beef 新鲜牛肉 276g
eggs 鸡蛋 2
cheese 干酪 20g
salt 盐 4g
black pepper 黑胡椒粉 1Tbsp .
garlic powder 大蒜粉 1Tbsp.
parsley 欧芹 1Tbsp.
basil 罗勒碎 1Tbsp.
thyme 百里香 1Tbsp.
bran 面包糠 As needed
flour 面粉 As needed
uncooked flour 生粉 As needed

  4. Add an egg and flour,

小贴士

Control the amount of seasoning, otherwise the flavor of seasoning will be greater than that of beef balls.
控制好调味料的量,否则调味料的味道会大于牛肉丸的味道
