用料
大米rice | 2杯2 cups |
五花肉streaky pork | 250克250g |
包菜cabbage | 200克200g |
土豆potato | 250克250g |
干香菇dried shitake mushroom | 5朵5 piece |
干葱头 shallot | 3个3 piece |
盐salt | 少许a little |
味精anginomoto | 少许a little |
酱油soy sauce | 2勺 2 tablespoons |

准备上图配料,你们可以加点干香菇丝更香,因为时间和材料有限,人又懒,所以没有添加,味道不是太理想。
Prepare all material as picture show(include dried shitake mushroom)Slicing all material and keep even
五花肉煸炒出油
Fried the pork煸炒出油
Fried the pork until leaking the fat(oil)倒入干香菇丝和细葱头
Put in dry mushroom slice and shallot slice中火煸炒1分钟
Medium power to fried 1 minutes倒入切好的土豆和包菜
Put in the potato and cabbage在锅里小火搅拌均匀
Turn to soft fire and Mix all material to even放入2人份的大米
Put in the rice搅拌均匀
Keep even of all material所有材料倒入电饭煲,加入清水,再搅拌均匀
Put all material in the rice start cooking.煮熟后不要开盖,再闷10分钟。开吃
After well done that please keep it in the rice cooker 10 minutes do not open the start to eat开吃

1.所有材料进电饭煲之前切记搅拌均匀,要不然容易材料有些熟了有些还是生的,特别是米饭
