「西米桂花奶冻」Sago Pearl Osmanthus Jelly的做法步骤图

夏日清凉,适合吃一些冰冰凉凉的东西。
桂花西米奶冻,桂花的香味布丁的口感,西米的软糯,绝美的搭配。
用料为:6个西米桂花奶冻    6 Sago Pearls Osmanthus Jelly

用料  

西米 Sago pearls 150g
吉利丁片/粉 Gelatin (sheets or powder) 15g
牛奶 Milk / Coconut Milk 300
炼乳 Condensed milk 40g
桂花蜜 Osmanthus nectar /Jam 适量
清水 Water 100g

【西米桂花奶冻】Sago Pearl Osmanthus Jelly的做法  

  1. 15g吉利丁片放入100g清水中软化备用。                                                                                                                           Soften the 15g of gelatin in 100g of warm water.

  2. 300g牛奶,40g炼乳,搅拌均匀后煮开。                                                                                                  Put 300g milk, 40g condensed milk in a pot, stir well and bring to boil.

  3. 稍等一会后放入已经软化的吉利丁片,搅拌均匀。                                                                                                               Let the mix sit a few minutes then add the softened gelatin and stir well.

  4. 水开后放入150g西米,持续翻滚5分钟途中需搅拌,关火8分钟。                                                                                  Add 150g Sago Pearls in boiling water, and leave it boiling for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it covered in the pot for 8 minutes.

  5. 换水,水开后在次下入西米,烧开5分钟途中需搅拌,关火焖20分钟。                                                                     Drain and add fresh water, bring to a boil , add the partially cooked Sago pearls and leave it on high for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest covered for 20 minutes.

  6. 模具里放入煮好的西米,倒入牛奶糊,冰箱冷冻1小时。                                                    Drain the cooked Sago Pearls. Put a table spoon of sago pearls into the mold, pour into milk mixture over and refrigirate for a minimum of 1 hour.

  7. 撒上桂花蜜,冰冰凉凉的西米桂花奶冻做好了。                                                                                                 Sprinkle with osmanthus dried flowers and spoon jam on top, ice cold Sago osmanthus milk jelly done.

小贴士

如果是吉利丁片则需要先放入清水软化,吉利丁粉则不需。
夏天就适合吃点冰冰凉凉的小甜点。
还可以把牛奶替换成椰奶哦!
