夏里亚宾牛排，一种日式牛排。用了大量的洋葱让牛肉肉质柔软，食戟之灵中也出现过呢～亲测很好吃，值得一试哟！

一个洋葱用刨丝器磨成洋葱泥备用，另一个洋葱一会切小末。

用肉锤继续敲打，让一些组织纤维打开。

牛排翻面，反面同样，重复1、2两步，敲打至8mm左右

牛排切花刀，间隔在5mm左右

托盘中放1/2磨碎的洋葱，铺开至牛排大小。

把牛排放上去

将剩下的1/2洋葱泥铺在牛排上，要均匀盖住牛排

牛排盖上保鲜膜，腌制30分钟－1小时

炒洋葱末：
洋葱切小粒

倒入洋葱末翻炒

炒至金黄色，放少许盐和现磨黑胡椒

炒至棕黄色，倒出备用。

刮去牛排表面的洋葱泥

将牛排从托盘中移到厨房纸上，刮去另一面的洋葱泥

吸干牛排表面的水分，两面撒上盐和现磨黑胡椒

锅内放一勺橄榄油

放入牛排煎制

牛排煎好了，放在盘子里。

在之前煎牛排的锅中倒入之前炒好的洋葱末

加两勺酱油，搅拌均匀即可。

将炒好的酱油洋葱末，铺在牛排上，然后按压出细菱形的纹路。
